These skills do not require professional equipment or medical background. Once mastered, they can truly save lives in critical moments.

1、 When encountering unexpected situations, the first step is always to ensure safety

Many people rush up when they see someone injured, but in fact, this is the most dangerous thing.
The correct first step is always:

1. Observe whether the surrounding environment is safe (vehicles, appliances, falling objects, etc.)

2. Ensure that you will not fall into danger

3. Get closer to the injured person again

First ensure safety, then provide rescue.

2、 Three step standard disposal process: call check rescue

1. Call: Immediately dial the emergency number

Dial 120 and provide clear instructions:

• Accurate location

• Condition of the injured

• Number of on-site personnel

What are you doing
Don't hang up the phone first, follow the guidance of the dispatcher.

2. Check: Quickly determine consciousness and breathing

Tap your shoulder lightly, call out loudly, and see if there is a response

Observe whether the chest is undulating and determine if there is breathing

• Check for significant bleeding

3. Rescue: Handle the situation correctly according to the situation

• Consciously, able to breathe: Comfort, keep warm, do not move casually

Unconsciously, breathing: Lie on your side and open your airway for continuous observation

Unconsciously, without breathing: Immediately begin cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)

3、 CPR - The Most Important Life Saving Skill

This is a skill that everyone should learn.

The operation steps are very simple:

1. Lie the injured person flat on a hard surface

2. Pressing position: midpoint of the line connecting the two nipples

3. Pressing depth: 5-6 centimeters

4. Pressing frequency: 100-120 times per minute

5. Press 30 times → artificial respiration 2 times, cycle

6. Persist until professional emergency personnel arrive

It doesn't need to be perfect, just keep pressing, it's life-saving.

4、 Bleeding management: the most common and easiest to learn

1. Mild bleeding

Rinse with clean water → disinfect with iodine → bandage.

2. Severe bleeding

Immediately press firmly with clean gauze or clothing

Continuously apply pressure and do not frequently open to check

• Try to raise the injured area as high as possible

• Waiting for emergency personnel to arrive

Correct pressing can effectively avoid the risk of bleeding.

5、 Correct handling of sprains and bumps: Remember the RICE principle

R (Rest) Rest: Do not continue with activities

I (Ice) Ice compress: Apply ice within 48 hours to reduce swelling

C (Compression) compression bandaging

E (Elevation) raises the affected limb

Never rub or apply heat, otherwise the swelling will become more severe.

6、 How to rescue airway foreign body obstruction (choking)?

If someone is choking, unable to speak, or coughing while eating:

Standing behind the injured person

Embrace your abdomen with both hands

• Quickly impact inward and upward

Repeat until the foreign object is expelled

This move can save lives in a few minutes.

Finally, I want to say

First aid is not a doctor's patent, but everyone's bottom line skill.
One more person learning, one more security.
I hope everyone will never need this knowledge, but I hope everyone can master it even more.

May we all be safe, and may we all have the ability to protect those around us.

[4

post-37","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-4
["GET
